What should I put in an enquiry for a private label effervescent product?
Four things: the format, the flavour, the country of sale and the quantity. With those, FIZZPHARMA's reply states the minimum for your format, the production time and the terms for a sample. The rest of the table above helps, but you can add it later.
State the quantity in the unit of the format: tubes of 20 tablets of 4 g, cubes and boxes, kilograms or litres. The units are set out on minimum order and lead time.
What happens after I send the enquiry?
You receive a reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Then comes a sample, you approve the sample and the label artwork, and production follows. The whole path is described on how an order works.
Nothing is produced before you have approved both the sample and the label.
Can I ask for a sample before I order?
Yes. For a ready-made formula FIZZPHARMA sends a sample of the existing product; for a formula that does not exist yet, a sample is developed to your brief. The terms for the sample are given in the reply to your enquiry.
