Is the MOQ low enough for a startup brand?
Yes. FIZZPHARMA keeps the MOQ low on every format, so a startup or a new brand can launch one product, test the market and reorder on the same terms. A first launch can start with a ready-made formula from the plant's list of more than 500 in production; a formula of your own can follow.
Formula development, production, laboratory control of each batch, printing and packing are in-house, at one plant, so one supplier answers for the whole product. The order of work is on how a private label order works.
What is the MOQ for private label effervescent tablets?
The MOQ is low and is counted in tubes. One FIZZPHARMA tube holds 20 effervescent tablets of 4 g, which is 80 g of product. The number of tubes for your first run is given in our reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. A repeat order carries the same minimum as the first.

How is the MOQ counted for drink cubes and electrolytes?
Drink cubes are counted for each product, in cubes and boxes, and every flavour is a product of its own: three flavours are three products. For electrolytes a powder is counted in kilograms, from 300 kg; the minimum for a tablet is given in our reply.
What this means when you plan a range:
- Drink cubes. Each cube is sealed in its own blister, with an outer box made to your artwork. Add a flavour and you add a minimum of its own. Ready-made flavours cover any berry or fruit, and a flavour of your own can be developed. See drink cubes under your brand.
- Electrolytes. The plant's list holds ready-made electrolyte formulas as an effervescent tablet, a tablet and powders in zip-lock bags. See electrolyte products under your brand.
What is the minimum order for powder sachets?
Powder sachets start from 300 kg of finished blend, counted by weight. At the 4–12 g fill of a FIZZPHARMA sachet, that is arithmetically 25,000 to 75,000 sachets, before filling losses.
For your own figure, divide 300,000 g by your serving in grams. Put the serving in your enquiry, and our reply gives the count for your powder. Powders in a jar or zip-lock bag start from the same 300 kg.
The sachet is a three-layer laminate printed with your brand, described on powder sachets under your brand.
How long does private label supplement manufacturing take?
Production takes from 4 weeks for effervescent tablets and for sachets, on a ready-made formula and on your own. Transport and customs come on top of the 4 weeks. Before production come the enquiry, the sample and your two approvals: first the sample, then the label artwork.
The order is fixed: enquiry, sample, sample approval, label artwork approval, production, printing and packing, delivery. Nothing is produced before you have approved both the sample and the label, and a change to the formula after approval means a new sample. The steps are set out on how an order works.
How does a MOQ work for tubes, cubes, kilograms and litres?
A MOQ is the smallest run FIZZPHARMA accepts, and it is stated in the unit in which the format is filled. A tablet goes into a tube, a cube into its own blister and then a box, a powder is weighed in kilograms and a syrup measured in litres.
How does the format change the minimum order and the lead time?
The format sets the unit of the minimum and part of the calendar before any other choice does.
