What is in one vitamin D3 and K2 effervescent tablet?
In one 4 g tablet there are 100 µg of vitamin D3 (4000 IU, 2000 % of the nutrient reference value) and 100 µg of vitamin K2 (133 %). Both doses follow the catalogue entry of the formula. Excipients and flavour are in the specification sent with the offer.

What does the label of this formula need to carry?
A pair of vitamins leaves the line for each nutrient on the label, and two market checks. The K2 line has a detail of its own: the reference value is stated for vitamin K as a whole.
- Article 6 particulars. Directive 2002/46/EC, Article 6 asks the pack to show the name "food supplement", the categories of nutrients that characterise the product (vitamins D3 and K2), the recommended daily dose, a warning not to exceed it, a note that supplements do not replace a varied diet, and a note that they are kept out of the reach of young children.
- Two lines under Article 8. Each vitamin is declared per daily dose and as a % of the Annex XIII values of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. For vitamin D the value is 5 µg, which makes 100 µg 2000 %. Annex XIII lists vitamin K as one value of 75 µg, and the K2 in the tablet is stated against it: 100 µg is 133 %. The label follows the daily dose you set.
- D3 at 4000 IU and the country. No EU-wide maximum exists yet for vitamins in supplements, and several member states set their own (Article 5). Your importer checks both vitamins for the market; D3 at this level is the one to raise first. FIZZPHARMA supplies the specification and CoA for the check.
- Sorbitol. With a sorbitol base, the label states "excessive consumption may produce laxative effects" where added polyols make up more than 10 % of the product (Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, Annex III, point 2.4). The specification of your formula settles whether the line applies.
Can the formula, flavour or pack change?

Which documents come with it, and how does it reach the importer?
For each batch FIZZPHARMA issues a CoA and a specification, after the laboratory has checked the batch. Copies of the site's ISO 22000, GMP and HACCP certificates can be requested. For export there are a Certificate of Free Sale and a Certificate of Manufacture. A destination that requires it also receives apostille or consular legalisation.
Halal is arranged per batch of your product. A certifying company visits, or an auditor is present while the batch is produced. Delivery is worldwide, EXW by default and FCA or DAP on agreement. Why is vitamin K2 shown against a vitamin K reference value?
Annex XIII of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 gives one reference value for vitamin K, 75 µg. The 100 µg of K2 in the tablet is stated as a percentage of it, which is 133 %.
Which form of vitamin K2 does the tablet contain?
The form is a line of the specification. FIZZPHARMA states it in the reply to your enquiry, before the label is drawn.
How is the 4000 IU of vitamin D3 written on the label?
As 100 µg, because Annex XIII states vitamin D in micrograms, with 4000 IU as the equivalent. The label shows 2000 % NRV for one tablet; the figure follows the daily dose you set.
Does the combination change the minimum order?
